Our Steak Out is still a go for August 19th.  The venue has been changed to “REDS” Restaurant off of Hwy. 22.  Please be sure to RSVP to Maria by e-mail, text or phone.  It is important that we get a head count.  A caravan led by Karen will still meet at Sam’s Denham Springs in the side parking lot.  Karen has the information on our website and has sent out emails.

Our General Meeting for August is BACK at the FIRE STATION hope to see you there.

Saturday, October 13th will be the revival of our members BRCC Halloween Party at Runnymede Condo’s on Old Jefferson Hwy. Please note that October 20th is LSU’s Homecoming and Maria will be looking for as many coupes and convertibles as possible!  Let her know if you plan on driving.  GNOCC’s Show is the same day and I know some of you will be attending that as well.

Mark your calendars now for our Christmas Party.  It will be on Sunday, December 9th at Sno’s Restaurant in Gonzales.  The Secret Santa game will be played with our own little Vanna White Elf – Flo Winstead, and we will be collecting gift cards to send to St. Jude in increments of $5.00 preferably from Walmart if you wish to donate.

Karen has sent an email of instructions on how to update your web page.  We encourage everyone to upload their information.  She has all other events updated on our site as well.

FYI, school will be back in session the early part of August.  Watch out for kids!

Finally, remember to Save the Wave, it’s the proud thing to do!
